Claudine is Chief Operating Officer of a donor-funded, commercially managed infrastructure development company which invests in infrastructure projects in South and South East Asia. Her prior experience includes investor relations at an investment holding company, and strategic planning, business development and investor relations in the telecommunications sector. She commenced her career with the Singapore Civil Service and held appointments in various Ministries. She previously served on the board of the Singapore Committee for UN Women (previously known as UNIFEM Singapore), where she has held positions of Treasurer and Vice-President at different times. Claudine is a President’s Scholar and has a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University and holds a Master's degree in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Jason is currently the Vice Chair & Head Financial Communications APAC for Edelman. He has over 20 years of experience in delivering brand campaigns, managing reputation and crises, and running media operations. Jason is passionate about future-of-work issues and entrepreneurship. Besides his full-time job, he founded and runs a coaching and psychotherapy practice that works with business executives and youth coping with workplace transformations. Jason is a recipient of the Raffles (Chevening) scholarship, the Wall Street Journal Fellowship in Asia, and the New York Financial Writers Association award. He is a graduate of New York University, Goldsmith College (London) and the National University of Singapore. He is a certified psychotherapist and resilience coach.

Yvonne is a marketing and communications veteran in the financial services and hospitality industries. She has over 25 years of experience in branding, advertising, media relations, internal and external communications, client engagement, event management, content and product marketing, corporate social responsibility (CSR). Now an independent marketing and communications consultant, her extensive regional exposure includes senior management roles in global institutions such as CBRE, HSBC Private Bank and Coutts. In her last role, Yvonne was CBRE's Head of Marketing for Asia Pacific. She has participated in various marketing conferences and judged several award events. She has been listed in PRWeek Asia’s Power List. Armed with a business degree from Nanyang Technology University, Yvonne also holds professional certifications in strategic marketing, public relations and risk management from institutions such as National University of Singapore, Institute of Public Relations and Wharton School, and she also holds a Master of Arts in Asian Art Histories conferred by Goldsmiths, University of London.   

Shou Sen is a Chief Operating Officer for the Investment Banking division of a British multinational investment bank and financial services company. She has over 20 years experience working in international financial institutions originating, structuring and delivering financing solutions to regional clients; most recently, focused on ensuring that client services are delivered in a compliant manner. Her role includes working with senior management on strategy decisions, team management and infrastructure platform development. Shou Sen is an advocate of encouraging more women in finance. She was Co-Chair of her women’s internal network from 2016-2018 and has also recently joined the Executive Committee of The Financial Women’s Association of Singapore. Shou Sen is a graduate of Wellesley College and obtained an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Weiwen is committed to creating social impact at scale. She is founder of eyeviser.com, an eye health startup that educates consumers on eyecare and provides comprehensive eyecare in partnerships with eye clinics and optical stores in South-east Asia. Prior to that, she was Senior Director at EssilorLuxottica, leading global vision care projects. Weiwen has also worked in the Singapore government across the economic, legal and social sectors. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Social Sciences degree from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom. In addition to being a Board Director, Weiwen has also been an Aidha mentor.

Saleemah started her career in the private sector before moving on to the non-profit sector with UN Women and UNDP. Currently she is working for a consulting firm where she focuses on gender issues, resource mobilisation and engagement of private sector. Her prior experience includes strategic planning, business development, marketing-communication strategy and business process outsource in financial sector. Saleemah is also a Co-founder of Early Reader, an in-home reading program for children from disadvantaged background, a board member of Casa Raudha, a shelter for women and children victims of family violence and a board member of the Singapore Council of Women Organisations. She served on the board of the Singapore Committee for UN Women (previously known as UNIFEM Singapore) for over ten years where she has held positions of President and Vice President. She was Co-chair of its Anti-Trafficking Committee from 2003 to 2012 and has been one of the drivers in engaging the government, business sectors and the public on the issue of trafficking in persons.
