Aidha’s Mission

Aidha offers courses for domestic workers in money management, communication, computer and entrepreneurship.

Aidha’s mission is to help migrant domestic workers and low-income Singaporean women achieve economic independence through financial education, wealth creation and entrepreneurship.

Founded in 2006, Aidha is an award-winning charity with Institution of Public Character (IPC) status. We have 500 students currently enrolled in our programmes.

After typhoon Yolanda, her father, mother and sister were hospitalised from water contamination. Then she came up with the business idea of setting up a water refilling station in her village. She opened a water station with her sister in September 2016.


Students at Aidha truly go through a transformative journey as they progress throughout our courses. They have hopes and dreams, and with Aidha they develop the capabilities and spirit to achieve these dreams.
