Important: Improve Your English Course

This course requires a basic level of English to fully benefit the student. Please complete the assessment quiz before enroling to confirm the course is suitable for you/your helper. 

Once payment is made, Aidha is unable to provide refunds in cases of learning difficulties.

Important: Start Date Selection

• Classes are held twice a month on alternate Sundays.
• There are no classes on the 5th Sunday of the month or before/after a major public holiday.
• Attendance is important to ensure you obtain your certificate and graduate.
• The full class schedules can be found here: Course Schedules.
• If a class does not have enough students, we will assign a new start date or time.
• If the selected start date is cancelled, students will be informed via WhatsApp.
• Registrations close on the Monday before the class starts. Please sign up on time, as late registrations will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

We need your consent to proceed with your course registration. If you have any questions, please contact our team at [email protected].

  1. Payment: Full course fees must be paid before the course starts.
  2. Cancellation: No refunds will be given once payment is made. If you pay for multiple modules and decide not to continue after Module 1, no refund will be issued for the remaining modules.
  3. Defer a course: We understand employment circumstances may change Requests to defer before the course begins will be considered case-by-case, for up to 6 months. After the course start date, deferral requests will be subject to a $50 fee.
  4. Attendance: students must attend at least 75% of classes to receive a certificate, for example, 9 of 12 classes or 5 of 6 classes.
  5. Replacement class: If you missed a class due to travel, illness or employer request, you can schedule a replacement class to catch up on what you have missed.
  6. Early enrolment: Students can begin the next module as soon as they have completed at least 50% of their current module. Course commencement is subject to minimum enrollments. If the class doesn't meet this requirement, students will be re-enrolled for the next available course. We will inform you of the postponement 3 to 5 business days before the scheduled start.

  • Step 1 - Make payment and complete your enrolment at Aidha Campus -  Aidha @Catapult (Sundays except 5th Sundays and Public Holidays, 9AM-5PM) Please whatsapp us to schedule an enrollment session appointment.

  • Step 1 - Go to your online banking app and click PayNow. Please make payment using UEN

  • Step 2 - Take a screenshot of the confirmed payment and save it.
